DESIGN THINKING

Design Thinking is an approach to solving problems and developing new ideas. The goal is to find solutions that are convincing from the user's point of view. In contrast to other innovation methods, Design Thinking can or is sometimes not described as a method or process, but rather as an approach based on the three equally important basic principles of team, space and process.

User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Service Design, Customer Experience (CX) are just a few of the terms you will encounter when dealing with design. In the end, it's always about the experience of the people with whom I always start my work. That's why I call it Experience Design.

Digital transformation requires a change in the way we work. Becoming more agile and innovative affects the entire organization and not just individual employees. With a lot of experience in agile working and the broad view of the systemic organizational developer, I help you to pave your own way.
PROJECTS
Innovation with Design Thinking at an international engineering company
In the project I created a strategic roadmap together with the AppHaus team. This involved linking the empowerment of the design thinking team at the client with a parallel first lighthouse project for spare parts management. As the User Experience Lead, I worked with the designers to conduct user research in several service branches in Turkey, Singapore and Hong Kong. The results were evaluated in several customer workshops, processed and presented to the management. The resulting prototype was tested for feasibility together with development experts and a concrete development plan was created.
Since then, the customer's team has been working successfully with the Design Thinking method in many other projects.
